Parent Portal

In keeping with the school's philosophy that effective communication between the school and the parent is important to a student's success, Brandon Hall has partnered with Go Home at Five, LLC. Their software, Best Notes, provides a constant and dynamic view of your child's assignments and progress through a parent portal.

The Brandon Hall Parent Portal is a comprehensive gateway to the daily interactions and responsibilities of your student. The school has two formal parent/teacher conferences. One is usually held at the end of the first nine-week period, and the other conference is held during second semester. The school, however, welcomes calls and conferences with parents and students throughout the year.

Interim Reports

Interim Reports are calculated at the middle of each quarter and can be viewed via the Parent Portal. This is to provide parents and students a clear understanding of the grades to date.

Progress Reports

Mid-Semester Reports are calculated at the completion of the 1st and 3rd quarter grading periods and can be viewed on the Parent Portal. The first progress report of each semester counts for one of three components of a student's semester grade. The second progress report and the semester exam complete the grade.

Report Card

Report cards are available for view via the Parent Portal at the end of each semester. Credit for classes taken is given at this time.

Other reports

All appropriate records for each student are kept in accordance with legal and accreditation requirements. These include attendance, grades and conduct.
