On May 10th, Brandon Hall held its “BESPYS”, an ESPYS themed awards banquet with different cross sport categories. Teams and individual athletes were awarded throughout the evening for their accomplishments throughout the season.
Before the awards, Bill Curry joined us and gave an inspirational speech about resiliency and talked about the two types of pains: The pain of discipline and the pain of regret. He also discussed some of the battles he and his teammates fought for tolerance of all walks of life.
It was a special evening with a special message that hopefully the Brandon Hall athletes and families will take with them as we look towards another successful season coming up.
