The Counseling department consists of fully licensed professional counselors who are passionate about working with children and their families.
The Counseling program provides opportunities, education and guidance for positive self-discovery. We work collaboratively with parents, teachers, residential life staff, administrators and outside resources to advocate for our students and provide a supportive environment that fosters academic, emotional and social growth, while preparing students to be global citizens and successful in college and throughout life.
The purpose of the Middle School Guidance Program is to teach students the concepts of social awareness and instill in them the importance of social responsibility. As students are developing physically in Middle School, their social relationships are also developing and growing in complexity and dept. The guidance program’s purpose is to help students better understand, appreciate, and advocate for each other’s similarities and differences.
