GOAL Scholarship

...for Greater Opportunities for Access to Learning.

Georgians have been given a rare opportunity – the ability to decide how to spend income tax dollars that they would otherwise pay to the government. Under a 2008 Georgia law, Georgia taxpayers can redirect a portion of taxes they already pay to the state to be used at Brandon Hall School for scholarships. Your GOAL contribution will allow you a dollar-for-dollar tax credit on your Georgia income tax return, and a charitable donation on your federal return, if you itemize deductions. For additional information regarding the Georgia GOAL Scholarship Program, please contact The Advancement Departmnet at You may also visit Georgia GOAL online for more information.

From an Alumni Parent:

“I am writing to let you all know how thankful I am for my daughter receiving the GOAL scholarship from Brandon Hall. This scholarship changed her journey and afforded her so many possibilities. My daughter transferred from a public school in 10th grade.  I can still remember how much it meant to her that all of her teachers cared about each individual student. Thanks to GOAL contributors to Brandon Hall School, my daughter received a wonderful BHS education that has left her feeling very prepared as she studies at a prestigious liberal arts college for women. Thank you for making her dreams come true.”
